Most international students will need a study permit to study in Canada for more than six (6) months. Suppose you plan to study for six months or less. In that case, you will likely need either a Visitor’s visa OR an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to enter Canada depending on your country of origin. To apply for a visa, please contact the nearest Canadian visa centre in your country.
