All courses are delivered with the required learning materials included in the tuition.

All fees are payable to Academy of Learning Career College (AOLCC) and may be paid by cheque, Visa, MasterCard, or cash (limited to $1,000).

Tuition fees are due and payable by the program start date, unless alternative arrangements are formally documented in the student enrolment contract.

For sponsored students, a valid letter of authorization from the sponsoring agency must be provided prior to the start date.

Academic credit, transcripts, or credentials will not be issued until all financial obligations have been satisfied.

AOLCC does not provide institutional scholarships, bursaries, or other forms of financial assistance. Responsibility for tuition and related fees rests with the student or their sponsoring organization.
